Diamond Cut Wheel Refurbishment
Diamond cutting uses a precision CNC lathe to machine a fresh face onto your alloy wheel, removing surface imperfections at a micro level and revealing a brilliant, high gloss mirror finish that perfectly replicates the OEM look. Before any diamond cutting begins, we perform a structural integrity check — the process is only suitable for wheels without cracks or significant distortion. Finished with a clear protective lacquer to seal and protect the new face.

Powder Coating
Powder coating is the ultimate choice for a colour change or a factory-durable finish that outlasts conventional wet paint. Your wheel is fully stripped, sandblasted, and electrostatically coated before being cured in our oven — creating a bond that is far more resistant to chips, corrosion, and brake dust than standard paint. Choose from the full RAL colour range, including gloss, matte, satin, and metallic options.

Tyre Fitting & Balancing
We offer professional tyre fitting and balancing as a standalone service or as part of any wheel refurbishment. Whether you're supplying your own tyres or need us to source them, we use modern fitting equipment to protect your freshly refurbished wheels. TPMS sensor reset and replacement is also available — we'll ensure your dashboard warning lights stay off.
